1st and 2nd of November

Saturday 1st November will be On-Road racing at The Good Guys.

Sunday 2nd November will be Off-Road racing at Heatley.

Off-Road Racing for Electric 2008

At the Drivers meeting at the start of Round 1 Off-Race a proposal was put forward to move the Electric Off-Road Race days to the off Wednesday night from On-Road. All members passed the proposal with a few exceptions.

1> If On-road need to race to make up the round due to weather then normal sunday racing will apply. Nomination 6:30pm - Race 7:00pm

2> Wednesday night Off-Road is only while the club sorts out the new Nitro track.

Fees for TMORC. - Dec 2007

Season 1 and 2 Membership Fee will be due
All fees must be paid before 27 Feburary 2008

Membership fees for 2008 are:-
$50 per year (seniors)
$28 per year (juniors U16 )
$100 per year (family membership - 2 full adult members and 1 or more junior members)

Race Day Fees

TMORC Members                                    $5.00 first class                    $3.00 per additional class

Non - TMORC Members                          $10.00 per class

Transponder Hire (if required)                 $1.00 per class

Notice to all Club Members
Events in 2005 have prompted the committee to re-familiarise themselves with the club rules.

From this it was found that membership applications should be presented to the committee so that a vote can be made to accept or reject same. For whatever reason this process has lapsed in the past and the current committee has elected to reinstate this process.

Previous years financial members will be able to continue racing until formally notified of Any changes to their membership status. New applications will take no more than 1 month to be assessed and the applicant notified of the decision. Rejected applications will be advised in writing, all application results will appear in the club minutes.

New applicants will be extended limited membership rights. That is; they are eligible to race at TMORC events only, can not enter intercity or title events and can not vote at committee meetings until application is accepted. Once accepted membership fees should be paid on or before their next race day. Fees can be paid with lodgement of the application and any rejected applicant fees will be refunded in full.
