The Townsville Model Off Road club has been servicing the Townsville and Thuringowa area for over 20 years.

The club was formed to conduct and advance the sport of 1/10th scale radio controlled model electric car racing.

The club focus on Off-road racing and On-road racing.

Club Membership is encouraged and everybody is welcome to join. It is only through strong membership that the club can continue to grow and through a display of strong membership, the club may be able to enlist the assistance of local and state government in future developments and improvements to the facilities.

Membership fees for 2007 are:-
$50 per year or $25 per half year(seniors)
$30 per year or $15 per season (juniors U16 )
$100 per year or $50 per season (family membership - 2 full adult members and 1 or more junior members)
